Well I assume that you would never have the conversations with the four players who intended to enter the portal at that time and the players would have delayed their entrance into the portal just as dozens of NCAA participants have. Notice that Fairfield’s Jalen Leach is not playing in the CBI today as he is a portal entrant. If Fairfield had made the NCAA think he would have waited to enter the portal. NCAA participants keep 75% of the credits earned while the remaining teams split the other 25%. I believe the MAAC like most conferences split it evenly.
