There is no guarantee a data center would accomplish anything close to what horse shit is being bantered around. And as far as Eminent Domain is concerned...the thing has moved along causing NFR to really fight this thing. After holding all of this land (they are good stewards however), NFR has been waiting to sell parcels for enormous sums of money. The city can't budge.
