Good find, Joe. In other words, money talks, bullshit walks ! Gunslinger for Sale.
It's professional sports at the collegiate level, any way one wants to spin it.
There are kids out there making enough money in 1 or 2 years to actually retire in their early twenties.
In addition, whenever I see a future commitment for any school, I take it with a grain of salt. A kid may be committed to your school for the 2025 season, and 3 months later he's changed his mind. Some of these kids are on their 5th colleges. They could care less if they are losing credits by transferring ; why should they, they are not paying for it !

Agree Tom, out with that crap ! Give the kids a reasonable stipend per year, and get rid of the portal.
