Bowling Green has been projected for 5th place out of 12 teams in the tough MAC Conference. The Falcons went 20-14 last year but have lost 4 starters from that squad. Nine Falcons departed last year's 20-win team, so the coaching staff has found nine new scholarship players (and one preferred walk-on) in its bid to maintain maximum MAC momentum.

Bowling Green grabbed the nation's No. 2 junior-college scorer--6-2, 155 pound junior Javontae Campbell (26.5 ppg) "He's an explosive scorer" coach Simon says. He's a very quick downhill guard".
