 Well in an odd way maybe not so bad. Even at a losing program (Chris Casey), you make a decent salary while there but you make friends and have close colleagues because it's a small coaching family, and if you don't make it another head coaching position, you make it another assistant and depending on the school your salary is still comfortable as you move to another spot in the country.

That make any sense, Soupy?
