NF, NY has always been compared to NF, Canada. The city of NF,Canada & the Province of Ontario have proven over the decades that their planning and management has resulted in success for both entities; while NF, NY , Niagara County and the State of NY have failed on most facets of governing.The results of higher taxes and public administrative failures is legendary. Thus,the public and private sectors all suffer.Another problem NF, NY never solved was whether it was going to be a tourist economy or a factory/manufacturing hub. Tourists would come to NF,NY and see and smell the air pollution and I believe that was very disconcerting to them;so they would spend most of their time and money in NF, NY.
