Weekend Recap
» The Purple and White picked up two big AHA wins over Bentley last weekend, defeating the Falcos 3-2 (ot) on Friday before erasing a two goal deficit to pick up a 4-2 win on Saturday.
» The wins puts Niagara into a tie with Bentley for second in the conference standings with 30 points. The Purple Eagles and Falcons trail Sacred Heart by five points.

Weekly Award Winners
» Niagara goaltender Pierce Charleson and defenseman Alex Murray were named Atlantic Hockey America Goalie and Defenseman of the Week, respectively, after leading the Purple Eagles to a weekend sweep of Bentley.
» Charleson stopped 70 of 74 shots in the two-game series, posting a .946 save percentage and 1.94 goals-against average. The netminder made several key saves as Niagara earned a 3-2 overtime victory on Friday before completing the sweep with a 4-2 win on Saturday.
» Murray anchored the Purple Eagles’ defensive effort with six blocked shots while adding two assists. The blueliner helped Niagara’s defense hold Bentley to just four goals despite facing 74 shots over the two games.

» The Purple Eagles are no stranger to receiving votes in National Polls but haven’t cracked the top-20 since 2017-18.
