 I can rant with anyone about some poor decisions by NU over the years. The proposed redevelopment of that church on Cleveland is one of them. The good news is that there is virtually no NU money involved. NU got grants both from NYS and HUD to cover the projected cost. Indeed, last year NU even announced that the project was not moving forward since costs had risen so much. My issue, even if grants covered the costs, was that the specific site had no visibility on Main St and by itself would do nothing to help the struggling area.
