You make a lot of good points, bbfan...why follow a team with all new players every year that plays in a crap conference? I have no rational reason why I do, because, honestly, it's been a painful season so far...much more frustration and grief than enjoyment, but I keep watching Niagara basketball...took about 3 games to know all the players by sight, so the brand new roster was not a show-stopper...but I guess I still watch because I've always watched Niagara basketball, since I was 18, and I can't quite get myself to stop now.

Another point, with TV and the number of sports networks, you can watch top 25 teams play a number of nights a week. I still follow Niagara but I`m one of the fans that moved to a warmer climate. I watch Niagara but I also follow Duke.

I myself can't just arbitrarily start following a Top 25 team...I bleed purple and there's nothing I can do about it.

Even during the dreadful Casey years it was still nice to appreciate the individual achievements of players that at least committed for 2 years or more like Scott,Dukes,Prochet, and Mason.

Can anyone name 6 players that were on the team last year without looking at prior box scores.
