Subject: "I'm not carrying this dog." He stated firmly and without hesitation, but did take the leash and gently coaxed the lazy pup along with them. They weren't going to be carrying him around everywhere when he was all grown up - the pup was getting awfully big and it just wasn't a realistic thing to keep up. He followed after her, because she was driving after all - thankfully, because he just wasn't in to driving anywhere - and because he had the dog to drag along. "Ethan's going to be there, right? I heard he was in town..." The last he had heard, his friend was around, but sometimes things came up and he would be off to Milan, or London, or New York with less than a day's notice. What a tough life. Such a joke.

He's so protective of Emily, I don't think he's been to his apartment for the past month except for to pick up more clothes or get his playstation or something. She looked down at the dog who looked amazingly upset at having to walk to the car before she looked back up to Gavin, pouting. "He doesn't like walking, Gavin...it hurts his paws I think."
