She grumbled at his statement about Achilles being a real dog before she got into the drivers side of her car and started it up, waiting for him to get Achilles situated in the backseat - he probably made the poor pup climb in there all by himself too - before she backed out of the parking spot in the garage and then moved on to get out of the garage and head towards Emily's house which was about twenty minutes outside the city.
