Thanks for asking Grehan but the mountain retreat is relatively immune from flooding.

imagine this , the house of my uncle downtown france is also on a hilltop , but his (wine!!!)cellar got flooded anyway since there was a huge overflow at his swimming pool outside and as no real overflow drain was foreseen (french engineering ;-) ) the natural course of the water was to the house

unanimous comment in the family : it's so hard being wealthy !!! (imagine :D emoticon)
