Subject: I've seen it, I've measured it, and that's my involvement in it

...in a nutshell. I don't know the owner, and this RV's ultimate fate is neither here nor there to me, financially. It just happened to be "FOR SALE," which means details not normally anyone else's business are temporarily in the Public domain. Before you click my link, kindly note that up-close, it is *not* 40' long--only 36½; but the rest appears as-represented, only a bit older. I'd never have such a large rig with a gas engine, or with a (carefully measured) 13-Foot-2-Inch rear overhang. But this was somebody's baby, once. Someone, living or maybe not, had an emotional connection to this gasoline-sluurrrrrping, 36-foot rolling palace. In some fashion, that one was still *there.* I don't know how that works or how, with such a hard head, I can know it, but somebody will always be there. But, long as that person or another went to all the trouble to put them on a Page, have a look there, and enjoy the pics. Save for the length misstatement and a little frayed upholstery it's that nice inside, up close, and none of that cabinetry appears to be plywood or particle-board. I'm guessing this was the flagship of the line or close to it, when it was new. RKBA! Regards, all.
