I just checked my link and it still worked as of 0020 (EDT), 3 August 2004.

Not that I'm dissing slide-outs just to honk anyone off, but stuff does happen to them. On a 14-year-old MH they would probably be a liability even if they were good when new. Most of the other features in current motorhomes (doors, cabinets, appliances, utter lack of respect for aerodynamics) represent 40 to 50 years of industry experience. Room-sections that slide out like desk-drawers when parked (one hopes) to widen the interior--the industry hasn't been building nearly as long, and sometimes it shows. So, if the question was on anyone's mind regarding that aging Starcraft™ MH, it has no slide-outs.

RKBA! Regards, all.
