 ...maybe not the first year--but the only way to be sure of a tinkle-test is to watch the tinkle. If they don't, they just don't know--do they? The sound might be right. The stuff might be genuine Human [BEEP]-champagne (or Human ...root-beer, as the case might be). The stuff might even be from the appropriate sex (remember that Cheech & Chong bit). It might even be at the expected temperature (98.6°F,±1..2°, depending on room temp). But, unless the official saw from whence it came, the official doesn't know. And they know that. So, inevitably, tinkle-tests they can demand--will become tinkle-tests they insist on watching, as the subject renders unto Caesar.
