Dear Mike...The justification of this teaching comes from the individual experience. Personally, I would never invest the huge amount of time and effort if there were no discernible results. As I pointed out in my letter, my approach to this way of life may not always be acceptable to some that are on the same path, but the bottom line is this: Does it work?
If not, why bother. Frank
