Of course it does! If one race has a superior brain and stronger body then the other has an inferior brain and weaker body.
Stop trying to confuse the issue. We are not discussing "spiritual worth" or any such concepts. It is irrelevant whether or not members of these races are spiritually of equal value. It could be argued that an animal has a soul of equal value to a human, that does not mean that animals are the equals of humans in the material world.
Do you believe that certain races have inferior brains since they lack the genetic enhancements Paulsen writes about?
