I expect that type of an answer, but hope for for an honest answer.
Lets be candid, please explain the pose to me with and without Khechari mudra. Please explain it in terms of visual audible and mental terms. It should not be difficult to do, just tell of your experience...very simple requiring only an honest effort to communicate.
