Namaskaram,
I have been doing Mudra Pranayamas ( with finger postures) since 1976.The Sanyasi guru who taught us called this Kriya Kundalini pranayam learnt from Himalayan masters.Today this is being refered as The Art of Living method.
I have observed in the Kriya Yoga ashram of Yogi Ramaiah ( direct disciple of Babaji Nagaraj)in Chennai that the initiates performing the pranayama breathe the same way but without finger Mudras.Of course one cannot verify the Kechari mudra practised.
Please clarify if the system of Babaji is different in effect from that practised by me.If so in what way and please may I know where I can learn Babaji's method.By the way Yogi Ramaih gives initiation once in two years only and in different cities, hence there is a difficulty here.
Sincerely
Ranga
