Forgot to enter my name Anand .. concerning the rather lengthy response to Mike & Company about Kechari, etc.

More to add:
Now, every one of us is at our own individual stage of spiritual unfoldment, and i might add, every stage is sacred! Not to be viewed as high and low stages.

All of us who have been given Kriya must decide for ourselves if we have faith in it; and if we do, then practice. I strongly believe that if one practices just the first Kriya whole heartedly as instructed, with geniune seeking of Realization, then this person will succeed eventually as anyone will with or without Omkar kriyas. Much more so than the person who is jumping from one kriya camp to another and making a hodgepodge of techniques. This will only serve to confuse. Often we do this in the beginning and is part of our learning curve, but at some point, we must commit..to one pointed practice.
[In theory it may take longer with first kriya alone. However, one can never judge another for we never know where on the scale of spiritual unfoldment a brother or sister is.]
There are many who proport to have Omkar kriyas, yet seem to be just as lost in ego as the next person.

So in my opinion, what is important is to practice ...."like a crazy man or woman who is after material riches". Did not Paramahams Ramakrsna say to succeed in God Realization, one must be crazy for God, not material riches? (paraphrased)
Kriya "after affect poise" is real. It is a matter of experience, personal experience. It can not be verbalized.
Kriya is not based on just a belief system or philosophy. It is intended to manifest the innate divinity right within you. It becomes a matter of personal experience, but it can never be revealed by imperfect medium of words. It will show through your life expression. Remember, "Poise" is a natural result of sincere practice of first kriya, so practice with strong resolution...practice as Lahiri Mahasaya has so beautifully exemplified in his life. Guidance must come from a competent Teacher/Guru.
