....is one of the Gate Keepers to the Sub Worlds. he is here, because this place made for a good defensive....

Gate Keepers were the race that came imediately after the Sub World creation, so they were given the duty of defending it. they are plant creatures, and these are his arms..... he snares people who wander in here, and steals their souls to make his own stronger. they all do. he cant hurt me though because as far as spiritual rank goes, i am above him. i managed to talk him out of eating you, which is why you stopped the migration towards his core- which is to say, a large sphere where all of the vines grow from. once something is pulled in there it is either entrapped or killed. Gate Keepers were often used as portable prisons for that reason- they could all carry creatures with them as they moved around the world. they still ARE used as portable prisons on some worlds. these creatures arent exactly rare. anyways, not all of them have this many arms either. Lord Izu just gets a lot more creatures to feed from.
