My father,Colonel Henry C. Evans Jr., who just passed away, was the commander of the 4th Infantry Artillery Division in 1967. He was the commander of one the bloodiest battles of the Vietnam era, Dak to. He was debriefed on tape about this particular campaign. (An oral history as I understand it).
