Subject: Oscar spawn fungus

Our Oscars have spawned 5 times in the last 5 months and each time the eggs hatch but within a day or so a fungus of sorts covers the hatchlings and then they all die. By day 4 or so the parents eat everything up.
This past spawn we used a turkey baster and sucked up a couple of hatchlings and put them in a nursery and so far one is still alive with it's yolk still there. The rest are gone. Any one have any ideas on this fungus?

Grace
