Subject: Oscar spawn fungus Author: Grace [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 16:54:07 09/04/02 Wed Our Oscars have spawned 5 times in the last 5 months and each time the eggs hatch but within a day or so a fungus of sorts covers the hatchlings and then they all die. By day 4 or so the parents eat everything up. This past spawn we used a turkey baster and sucked up a couple of hatchlings and put them in a nursery and so far one is still alive with it's yolk still there. The rest are gone.
