You are trotting through a dense forest . . . then you see light ahead and break into a canter. You explode into the sunlight and stare in wonderment at the beautiful territory before you. You stand a on a long, smooth, rockless stretch of golden-silver sand. Palm trees and ferns are sprinkled over it. The beach leads down to the sea, where luke-warm turquoise waters lap the sand gently. The whole beach edges a horseshoe-shaped bay. At the opposite side of the waters from where you stand there is an opening that leads out to the sea. You can see that the calm waters expand far out to meet the perri-winkle sky. Behind the forest that you just left are mountains full of adventure, just waiting to be explored. You hear hoofbeats and look up to see a very handsome stallion cantering toward you. He moves with graceful ease, his glossy light gray coat rippling over his broad, hard muscles. His back has an appaloosa blanket pattern on it, of dark gray hue speckled with white. From his forehead springs a long, shiny silver horn, and his obsidian hooves pound the sand. His build is that of a Thoroughbred horse's, with an elegant head and a lean, muscular build. He slides to a halt in front of you and smiles. He speaks, his voice deep and rich. "Welcome, good creature, to Silver Bay. I am Wind Storm King, the lead stallion. I hope you will stay here in this peaceful land." He smiles again, and his eyes go slightly misty. "With me and my wonderful, beautiful, incredible mate, Heart Of Desire." Then, with a dreamy sigh, the stud turns and disappears into the palms. You turn to the waters, reluctant to go. Shall you stay?
