The dark Qyne watches the Bonding silently, a grim smile playing on his lips, though the rest of his face is hidden by the shadows in which he resides. Arms folded, leaning against the cool stone wall, his dark eyes merely watch, and nothing more.

Soleil, however, shares no such restraint, and is reduced to a furry, glowing, purring mass of Niyia as Bonding proceeds. A strangled mew is caught in his throat as the beautiful event ends, and he shoots a compassionate, if feline, look towards those who didn't Bond. Tail twitching ecstatically, as the new pairs fall into slumber, he paces around the Den, placing goldenrod paws carefully, sniffing at each Qyne and approving. For now, of course, they have lost all blood relations except for their parents, and he knows their parents are not in Chatte. So he and Redevance have just acquired seven children. Softening his purr to a soothing lullabye, he completes the circuit and returns to his mate's side, rubbing against her flank reverently.
