Another strange occurrence was that just before the fuses blew, the screen of the laptop in the kitchen went completely blank which was followed by the system shutting down of its own accord.

On inspection of the fuse box it was found that it was of the old fashioned type that used fuse wire instead of the more modern circuit breakers. Fortunately the group always carried an emergency toolbox in which the correct grade of fuse-wire was found so it was not long before Harry who was an electronics engineer got the lights up and running again.

Harry then carried out a check on the laptop and other electrical equipment to check for the cause of the fuses blowing but found all the equipment in good order. Then all repositioned themselves back to their original vigil locations.
