Look I have my own theory about this last election. The Dems claim it was stolen. I have a feeling that these Dems were rigging the votes, and kept getting pissed off when the votes still didn't add up. That would be just too funny.

Intel is almost an art. Not really a science. In 2001 Saddam DID have a nuclear program. In 2003 it was all but disapeared. The Intel community was behind on this because Saddam was running a police state in which it was difficult to get ANY agents into. There is no real blame to place just errors to correct.
