The man jerks abruptly, almost as though prodded into wakefulness from the edge of sleep. Attention snapping obediantly into it's familiar place, he straightens, gaze flicking briefly to the speaker before rubbing a hand across his face, in a feeble attempt to clear his vision.
"Not friendly." he answers shortly, though with half hearted amusement.
"I was lucky, my shield lasted to within viewing distance of this building. All this," here he raises a hand, implying all of his bedraggled condition, "happened in no more than 20 meters."
His vision clears completely with a few more blinks, allowing him a proper view of the lobby and the woman before him.
"This is the Alliance Hospital?"
