The click of the door registers blandly in the back of his mind, assuming it to be a meal, or more interrogators..or..
His eyes crack open, then spread wide as he struggles upright with a startled yell, feet pedalling frantically on the cot as he leaps upright and off the bed. The young man's dark gaze dashes desperately over the eerily silent reptillian figure and the weapon he carried, slung in a proffessional hold in his scaly hands.
The situation did not look promising, the first response of a rescue dashed almost immediately as the wierd, unfamiliar creature and it's expertly pointed weapon register immediate danger to his mind. Skittering sideways against the wall, he searches uselessly for cover of some sort, bumping clumsily into the sidetable, and sending it clattering noisily across the room...
