there's no mystery to it, he's guilty court after court after court after court after court has upheld both the convcition AND sentence, court after court after court after court after court has tossed aside all of the crap and the lies he has tried to start, he knows he did it, he knows he's gonna die soon, and he's desperate, luckily the only ones who's opinion that matter right now is that of the governor and the supreme court and they know the crap he's tried and they know that he is guilty and they know he will do anything to try to get out, if they wanna commute the sentence to life no parole thats fine, in fact they should that would really piss him off, too think he won but yet find out he will die in prison and never be released
