Subject: Warped 04 wrap up

Hey douchebags,
Well I went to Warped Tour this year and had a blast as always. The Bouncing Souls were amazing as usual. Greg's hair was hillarious...he looked like a cross between Wayne Coyne from the Flaming Lips and Pauly Shore..still those guys are rad. During the Souls I luckily was pushed up to the front so I decided to stick it out for Alkaline Trio, but first I had to suffer through New Found Glory. Let me tell you it was hell, but at least it wasnt Good Charlotte. I musta helped pull 12 girls outta there cause they were getting crushed to death. Somehow I made it through and got to see Tiger Army. Dear god, what a let down. Ive seen these guys twice before and they used to be so bad ass, but without Fred Hell, Im afraid they are pretty lackluster. I had such high hopes but they just didnt deliver. Anyhoo, Alkaline Trio made up for the day of pain though with an amazing set. They had their guitar tech Nolan McGuire on back up guitar and everything sounded fuller and truer to the album...and the pushing wasnt nearly as bad as during NFG. Highlights of the day were ranting about "Scott Beadle" with my roommates to the show and during the show and after the show..long live Scott Beadle!! Meeting Virgil Dickerson, head of suburban home records, and seeing a kick ass band called the Phenomanauts and hanging out with Bob and Greg from The Hallow (AIRBORN!!!).
Side note, what the fuck are girls thinking when they wear flip flops to a concert?!
