and I totaly agree with you. With The X-Files, as well as any show, you come to expect a certain mood and feel about it...The rainy atmosphere, the gloomy skys, the spooky look made The X-Files one of those stand out shows. The show is still great, I love it just as much as I did when it first aired, if not more, but something is definatley missing from it in Sunny CA. Besides the fact that during the winter Mulder and Scully, who were supposed to be in Washington D.C. didn't wear an overcoat once, it was bright and sunny during most the the season 6 and 7 episodes! The landscape and the look of the Vancouver area was a great setting for the show as well. It was great watching Mulder and Scully walking through the woods and rain and fog. Now I'm suprised we don't see people selling Maps to the Stars Homes in the background. I definatley enjoyed when The X-Files was filmed in Vancouver much much better than in CA. I hope we get to see Mulder and Scully investigating somewhere other then CA too. That's getting a little out of hand.
