As I said in my original thoughts on this subject, we can accept and reject whatever "truths" we want to in regard to XF. Especially since CC himself was so wonky about establishing certain things as true (i.e. CSM is dead, Scully is barren, etc.) and then refuting them in later episodes.
So, what we've got is:
1.) The Lone Gunmen are *NOT* dead. I think we all agree on that. And since CC's notorious for death not being a fatal or permanent condition on XF, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them in the next XF movie.
2.) Krycek ain't dead either. See my comments above.
3.) Scully did not give William up for adoption. She just pretended to; the people who are watching him know it's only a short-term arrangement. Now Mulder and Scully are going to get him.
4.) Mulder and Scully got married during the mysterious two-day lapse between leaving Washington (State) and arriving in Washington (D.C.) during "Requiem".
