by the time her invovlement on the XF TV series ends, she'll be in her mid-30s and, quite frankly, other than Scully I can't see her being offered too many starring roles in major movies.
I'm *not* defending this system - quite frankly, I think it sucks! ��but it's simply the way things seem to work in Hollywood; lots of men (i.e. Russell Crowe, our own darling DD, etc.) don't really attain the status of "major star" until they're well into their 30s, but with women, if they don't become a major star while they're in their 20s, they usually never do.
