well i did miss the very beginning but i guess DD is over here to promote Evolution. The Priory is a youth entertainment show. its kinda slightly off beat, trying to be trendy - i don't really know how to describe it, its not your usual question and answer show.

anyway, whenever i see DD on British shows he seems kind of bemused and like he doesn't really understand whats going on. he was exactly like this on TFI Friday with Minnie Driver during the whole RTM promotion. he doesn't really answer questions, deflects alot, and you don't really feel like you've just seen anything afterwards. admittedly the questions are mainly irrelevant and stupid (ok,i hate the priory!) - and a big problem does lie in one of the co hosts who is so up his own a*** and thinks he is so much better than his guests it defies belief.

i AM getting to a point! so i didn't think much of the interview. then they did this quiz with DD and the other guest on the show Iggy Pop. both had a 'no.1 fan' with them, and were put to a 'i know virtually everything challenge', a take on university challenge. again the questions were the shows pathetic humour and weren't really questions except a few such as what was the name of DD unpublished novel(?) which his fan got wrong. she said the name of that paper he did at Uni. she did manage to name the person DD used as phone a friend on WWTBAM though. in the end DD's team won.

i know www.thexfilesuk.com had it listed - they might have a transcript as might haven but like i said, the show really is more about its presenters than anything else.

i possibly should add an apology to anyone who likes the priory as i do realise this is all IMHO. but i won't.
