I'm sorry you were spoiled Stardoe. There's a thread over on the OS with Aussies talking about the preview they showed and I thought, 'Oh darn! Stardoe probably saw that too.' :-( I don't know if you, duck, are avoiding the spoilers or not but poor Stardoe was trying! So tell me exactly what they showed? I will tell you that, if it was just a tiny bit, then there is a lot more to the scene than that so I think you will still be happy. You don't know it all yet. Mwahahahaha!

You have some good ideas though. I didn't even catch on to the theory the first time myself that Billy may not be intending to hurt Scully or the baby since he didn't hurt Mulder. What does Billy think Mulder is?

LOL That's good. Just a nice affectionate, 'How do you do mate?' with a toss through the wall!
I just watched most of this ep again btw so I would remember which things were in Part One and wouldn't reveal any info.

I liked the scene where Scully was dressing Mulder's wound too. Did you notice how she batted his nose with the tissue? I gotta think that was an adlib on GA's part from the way DD reacted to it. Cute! And she put her hand on his head too. Ah, I'm so going to miss those moments between these two. And they didn't care that Dogbone was there either. He seemed to be watching them wondering what the full story is between them. It almost seemed like Doggett wanted to shout, "I gotta know! Are you two doin the wild thing or what? Tell me!!! I can't stand the suspense!"

Yeah Mulder did like knowing there was an office pool on him. When Skinner said he had his suspicions he kind of gave Mulder a dirty look, like the thought of Mulder touching Scully irritated him somehow. Maybe Skinner feels like her surrogate dad. Or maybe he has a crush on her too like Doggy. I think Mulder said it was Scully's business because she's carrying the child and she doesn't want anyone to know anymore than they need to. Plus she's unsure herself. But even if Mulder thinks he's the dad he still respects Scully's decision to keep the info private. I agree Mulder wanting to phone Scully was just more of him wanting to be the chief guy in charge of looking after her. "HE knows how to bring up delicate subjects with her because he knows her better than ole Skinner does. "I'M going to call Scully, Skinman! Not you!" And he's so worried about her, wondering why she was out of breath answering the phone. Do you think they used a real pregnant woman as a double for that shower shot?

Yeah, that was the one thing I didn't like about this ep. Bringing Lizzie in was just too contrived. Where did she come from and why did Maggie want some stranger to just move in with her daughter? She knows Scully has some weird enemies. That was dumb! She does look a bit older but we havent seen her for while. There's rumors that she doesn't get along with CC and crew anymore so maybe this was just a haggering experience for her to come to LA and do this. I don't know. Mrs. S always seemed too young before to have a child as old as Bill Jr. so I think it's ok if she's aged.

I LOVED Mulder looking at Scully while he was outside the hospital door. He was being Mr. Protector again like in Empedocles. And it seemed like that was the same room too! ;-)

I don't know what Dr. Parenti was doing with that woman at his office. She probably went in for invitro or something. But that poor woman, in a very vulnerable state. Not the time you want strange people hanging around arguing! Even if one of them IS cutie Mulder!

The decapitation scenes in this were pretty wild! We had one of those advisory warnings before this ep (and the next one too) about violence content. Do you guys get that in your countries? When I saw it I thought, "Cool! Violence!" Not that I like excessive violence but we've been needing some good action. Didn't you love Krycek running over Billy and then telling M&S to get in the car? And I loved the escape with everyone pulling together to get Scully safely out of the building. And the way Mulder watched her the whole way as she drove off with Reyes. I didn't like Reyes' stupid little girl's room joke. Dogman didn't either and when she saw how serious he was it wiped that dumb smile right of her face!

Stardoe did you see my latest posts in the threads below? Just wondered. ;-)

I think TiNH got higher ratings but the subsequent eps were lower. I'm pretty sur that the final ep did fairly well although not nearly as high as the show once was. I'm afraid CC and Fox just screwed around too much and viewers got tired and lost interest. Too bad so many people missed two great episodes at the end though.
