This movie sounds interesting enough, but are we to presume that he's doing this *BEFORE* he does another XF movie?? And don't big screen movies take about a year to produce? Does that mean it would be sometime during the summer of 2005 before they could even begin filming another XF movie? Also, who is this X-Files collaborator who's working on the movie with him? Frank Spotniz?
This is yet another new item that makes me doubt there will ever be any more XF movies. . .at least in the sense of one with DD and GA playing Mulder and Scully. I believe there will be another XF movie at *SOME* point in the future, but I think it will bear about as much resemblance to the TV show and the first movie as the current crop of TV-based movies (i.e. Charlies Angels, Starsky & Hutch, etc.) bear to the shows that they are based on. That is to say. . .not much, and they probably won't star the original actors.
