Yes, I agree. I too think they could have done away with the corny "Dearest Dana" emails. But then, who's to say that it was Mulder writing them? Probably not him at all. I must rewatch some of the eps but I don't think I own S9. [checking the collection] No I don't have it. Not interested in S, Mulderless, 9. Yes, I do think the holding off on the MSR turned alot of people off. I was one of them in that regard. As I said in another post, I'm really sick of that plot device. [And CC really followed his "deny everything" motto, there] I think you can only do it for a certain amount of time before it gets stale and viewers get too frustrated and just give up.
