I'm not that super observant about incidental music.
I know people often say he uses a lot of the same pieces of music many times but I usually don't notice. I've heard that Eugene Victor Tooms sound in other eps (if you know what I've referring to).

Offhand though I remember loving the music in Memento Mori. Both the dramatic bits such as when Mulder sees the people in the tanks at the facility and the very touching piano music in the hallway scene in the hospital at the end with Mulder and Scully. That would be my favorite
