Hi Det,
I agree with you on everything. I was thinking that the blonde woman was supposed to be woman's intuition or something. Hey did I hear correctly that Gilly's little sis was going to be in this ep. Could that have been her?

I think this ep was primarily not just a dawning on Scully that she has made the right decisions and is doing the right thing with the right person but more importantly an acceptance of Mulder. I think she has known for a while that she does love him , at least since Rain King , but I don't think she could fully accept him. I think the main theme to all things was acceptance of who you are and who others are and doing what is most important to you without feeling inhibited by what you are afraid others might think. [hence the appropriateness of the Lesbian]

This non acceptance has been what has prevented Scully from furthering her relationship with Mulder. She may very well have been having sex with him prior to all things but it is only from all things that she will feel totally accepting of that decision. From what I have seen of future eps she does seem very released, happy and uninhibited when expressing affection towards Mulder. [In her way of course.]
I didn't think they did it but now I do even though in the back of my mind I can still see that it is possible that they didn't. But going on Scully's reaction to her pregnancy I'm pretty sure they have done it because otherwise she would be frantic wondering how and who has violated her person.

The dirts just means she is cranky. Has the dirts is just a polite way of saying she has the sh*ts with him.
I have so much to say on the whole subject of XF. I just don't have the time and my thoughts are not gathered too well. It is quite overwhelming. It is a shame I don't have the time to sit and read and respond the way I would like but I keep getting lots of interuptions and I am still having connection trouble. I think it is my modem.
Stardoe.
