"Canada is hardly perfect, a huge national debt, didn't have a constitution till 1982. And Celine Dion Mayor, do I have to say more?" kande shakes her head with pity.

"okay...okay...we arn't perfect either, please don't send her back here. She married one of you people, please...let her stay?" kenamom asks hopefully.

"I like Celine" KS pipes up. kande rolls her eyes.

"How about this, we are Shippervillians. We reside in cyberspace. Our own place among the mysterious gasses that surrond planet earth. While here, we must live as one, as Shippervillians, and Shippervillian rules must apply." kenamom wipes a tear from her eye.

"Your right, as usual oh-god-like Mayor. We shall live in harmony among the stars, LONG LIVE SHIPPERVILLE!" kande throws her hands up in the air in agreement.

"Glad you feel that way, now about that citation......" kenamom gracefully changes the subject as she pulls out her calculator. "Lets see....with late payment no in its 5th minute of deliquency, that brings the total to $3892.98. And thats in Shippervillian currancy."
