He rifles through his cd collection, then picks out the one he's looking for. He chuckles to himself as he puts in the cd. He turns the volume up. Way up.

"BLAME CANADA!!!" booms out of the speakers. It's the soundtrack to South Park: The Movie. Bubba is wiping tears from his eyesockets with a large finger. Yes, he thinks he's so very clever and funny. He looks over at the mayor, whose face is turning beet red with anger. Our wise little alien decides to make himself scarce.

Meanwhile, Kande is tearing up her citation and tossing the confetti at the mayor. "I'm not Canadian, so I don't have to pay your stupid fine," Kande says, then sticks her tongue out.

The mayor grabs her tongue and says, "What. Did. You. Say?"

"Ah eh, ah o ehehia."

Kenamom grabs some nearby asparagus and wipes it on kande's tongue, then lets go. Kande runs gagging into the washroom.

"Now," says Kenamom, turning to KS, "Will your fine be paid in cash, check or charge?"
