I was listening to the radio this afternoon and Richmond, which is home to our International Airport, is preparing for thousands of misplaced travelers. Although any flight schedualled to take off today was canceled, when this tragity occured there was many international flights already in the air. The planes that were headed to LA where being diverted to Vancouver. Then to some of our smaller airports that have long enough runways to handle the big craft.

I think the events that happened today was an international incident. Carelessly and callously perpetrated by cowardly people who have no regard for human life. I have never been a proponant of the american's way of strong arming other country's to their way of capitalistic existance, but this incident has gone beyond reason and extremly far undeserved. Speaking out and taking economic actions against a country who disregard human rights may not be how I think things should be dealt with. But this.......this act, this murder of thousands of innocent humans is a dispicable act by dispicable people.
