...the Mayor's new cat, Homer. Only eight weeks old, he sits outside the Klub door waiting patiently for the Mayor to finish up her game and carry him home.

Bubba licks his lips. Tender young cat meat! He flicks glances from side to side and sidles up to Homer, who yawns in his face. He fixes Homer with his mesmerizing stare.

Yeesh, Homer thinks to himself in his little cat head. Who does this guy think he is? Homer stretches and accidently on purpose stretches out one paw and hooks his claws into Bubba's chin.

Bubba jerks back. The stare usually works so well! What kind of creature was this?
