For example when they where seperated but met secretly on park benches. They shared some very touching words and some very sweet touches. I really loved the way they communicated. It was a slow, but stong bonding process.

When Mulder found Scully after she had been kidnapped from Donnie. She actually broke down and let him comfort her. Very sweet scene. She couldn't look him in the eye and say she was alright. That is a strong bond.

While I did love most of the whole series, I enjoyed the last two seasons with the new people too. My favorites are in the early years. Seasons one through five are my absolute favorites.
