The hospital hallway scene in Memento Mori. Scully telling Mulder that she knows her place is with him. And because of him, she isn't going to stop searching for *their* quest. It was the highest compliment Scully could give another person, she put her faith in him. It sent shivers down my spine.

You are right, Scully had less *shippy* lines than Mulder BUT she had more actions.
