Subject: Something everyone here may find funny

On the OT board I mentioned a book I was reading called "The Maze" that reminded me of XF because it had a pair of FBI-agents-in-love as the main protagonists. It's a good book, but guess what my main problem with it was??
Would those of you here believe that I thought the agents got romantically involved too soon??? Just as I spent several seasons of XF screaming "What are you waiting for?? Kiss her now!!" at the TV set, when I came across the first love scene in this novel I started muttering, "Already?? But they've barely known each other for a month!!"
I guess I'm just difficult to please when it comes to fictional-FBI-agents-love scenes!!
