Everyone stops laughing and looks dumbly at KS who gives them a maniacal grin and raises her eyebrows meaningfully towards the staircase.
"Kande has a swimsuit?" Rabid asks thinking of her hairiness in a swimsuit. Cripes, seeing her in biking shorts is sometimes more than she can take.
"Everyone has a swimsuit!" CW stands up for Kande staunchly. "It's just that...Kande isn't exactly like everyone else," she adds.
"There is a swimsuit tax," KM says briskly as she hops up from the floor and brushes herself off. "Funny that Kande never mentioned this little tidbit to me."
Seeing that the shippers may let the furor over the swimsuit die down, KS tells them another interesting little bit of information. "And she has a cellphone!"
"Oh now, this is just a little too much!" CW bursts out.
"Way overboard," Rabid agrees.
"Now I've got to add a technological advance tax!" KM fumes, fumbling around the bar for her calculator.
"Gee, I think there's a joke about a morono in a klub, with a cellphone and wearing a swimsuit," Stardoe says, her chin in her hand as she tries to recall the joke.
Seeing that the shippers are now absorbed with this new information, KS slips out the front door. She has to pack for the mor- er, noromo family reunion!
