In this last episode, when asked what he was thinking, Mulder replied he was thinking about his son and his mother. I took this to mean Scully and not Tina. I think that William may very well be their next quest once the dust dies down. Will William be a super soldier? I don't think so unless he is the "good" one who can think for himself and operates on the inside for the good of mankind. Now that would make a good story!

As for other children, I have to watch again for a few comments I cannot recall. If William was an alien implant--when on earth did they do that to Scully? Did that lousy doctor do it to her? Timelines needed here!
