I know several suggested before that her close proximity with the ship restorted her fertility and now it is supported by that FBI agent grabbing a hold of a piece of it with his hand and it curing him after the crash.

I agree that Mulder probably has some strong alien properties in him. Maybe that's the mystery all along and the reason CSM always protected him. Either that or his exposure to the black oil and what not changed him.
